What are Brittfurn's opening hours?
Our showroom is open Monday - Friday 11.00am - 6.00pm and Saturdays 11.00am - 4.00pm and customer service the same times! You can visit us, email, or call us and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
CAMPAIGNS AND DISCOUNTS
Do you offer any discounts in your store or online shop?
At Brittfurn we always offer our customers who purchase Wallpapers/Wallcoverings and Fabrics a quantity discount. The offer is valid in both our store and online shop, and looks like the following:
• 10% discount when purchasing over 2,000 SEK
• 15% discount when purchasing over 5,000 SEK
How is the quantity discount applied?
On each product page you'll see the discount that is applied for your desired amount of wallpaper rolls or metres of fabric. The discount is applied automatically in the checkout process. Please note that the discount can't be combined with Sample Cuttings ands products that are already have a reduced price. For more information, please read our Terms of Purchase.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
What kind of shipping alternatives do you have?
- Collect in our store
If you have the possibility to come to our store in Stockholm, on Sturegatan 20, you can pick up your order during our opening hours. We will notify you by email or telephone.
. The package is delivered to the nearest Postnord-office. You will be notified by a text message and / or email when your package is on its way and when it is ready to be picked up.
Most of our wallpapers and fabrics can be ordered by express. Our suppliers will then send the product by express shipping to our store, which we send out to your nearest Postnord-office. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
To which countries do you ship to?
We deliver our products worldwide!
How much does it cost to ship your products within Sweden?
For our smaller products as well as wallpapers and fabrics we offer free shipping! For larger furniture, the shipping price can vary and you can simply send a request to email@example.com to get a price.
How much does it cost to ship your products outside of Sweden?
For our smaller products as well as wallpapers and fabrics, the shipping price is based on the weight of the order and the sum will be displayed in “check out”. For larger furniture, the shipping price can vary and you can simply send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org to get a price.
Where’s my package?
Contact us through email@example.com or 08-661 70 80 and we will provide you with a tracking link.
Why don’t I get a tracking number when I choose “collect in our store”?
If you have ordered your package and chosen “Collect in our Store” you won’t receive a tracking number - however you will receive a nice call or email when your package is ready to be picked up!
Can I change/add my order after it has been placed?
With a little luck you can change your order but it is important that you get in touch as soon as possible, It is always possible to add to your order.
How will my order be delivered?
If you haven't chosen "Collect in Store", then wallpaper, fabric and small products will be sent out through Swedish Postnord. If the package is to be sent outside of Sweden the local post offices will be connected. Deliveries of larger products will be handle through an agreement between you and Brittfurn. For any questions regarding this you're more than welcome to reach out!
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
What’s your return policy?
With the exception for the products in our showroom, none of our products can be returned. The reason for this is because our main suppliers don't accept any returns. For the items in our showroom we offer 14 days to return. For more information and to see what items are covered by the right of return, please see our Terms of Purchase.
My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged or if you find some fault with your product, you must contact us before returning it to us. A return can’t proceed without an agreement with Brittfurn.
If I can’t find a specific wallpaper or a fabric of a brand you sell, can you still have it?
Yes it’s possible! We have access to all of our supplier's full range of current products. If there's a product that you can't find on our webpage, please contact us, so we can help you get hold of your desired product. How do I know how many rolls of a wallpaper I need?
By every wallpaper we sell, we have a function called the "Wallpaper Calculator". Through the calculator you can enter the dimensions of the room and through this, the calculator calculates the number of meters needed for your interior project. However, please note that this is only an approximate calculation and we always recommend consulting a painter to be on the safe side. Do your pictures match with the colours of your products in reality?
We always check our images with the real products to ensure that the colours matches with what is shown on the website. Since the color may differ depending on which screen you have, you may find that the product has a different shade than what is shown on the screen. When it comes to wallpapers and fabrics, we therefore recommend buying a sample first!
Do you have all your products from the website in your showroom?
In our Stockholm based showroom you can see a selection of our furnitures and lighting. You can also get help in our design studio where we have samples of both wallpaper and fabrics.
